Postdoctoral Research Associate

17/06/2026: We are currently advertising an 18-month Postdoctoral Research Associate position – Postdoctoral Research Associate in Medicinal & Organic Chemistry at Manchester Met.
- The position is due to start in November or shortly afterwards (some start date flexibility), and the advert will close on 19th July 2026. The project will be focused on targeted protein degradation, and the successful candidate will be involved in the design, synthesis, and evaluation of novel small-molecule degraders. We are looking for someone with a strong background in organic chemistry.

Individual staff members in the group take on project students for their final year projects (Andy & Tom for Chemistry). The allocation of these is determined by the module leader.
